Judy has held executive positions with multiple high profile organizations including Checkers Industrial Safety Supply, where she supported the rapid integration of multiple mergers and acquisitions, at Reveal, where she initiated a robust market analysis model resulting in successful sales collateral and marketing campaigns, as well as senior program consultant, and at CNA Insurance, where Judy led high-impact work teams to deliver a greenfield vendor management organization. She earned CNA’s Gold Focus Award for my financial impact, superior team dedication, drive for success, and contributions to the Vendor Management Organization.
Judy’s consulting and professional service experience includes: executive supply chain coaching, roles as Senior Program Consultant and Marketing Head responsible for optimization of client supply chain enterprise requirements planning (ERP) systems and processes, and marketing strategies for sales collateral and website. Additionally, Judy’s consulting focuses on streamlining and aligning legacy Kraft and Cadbury spend systems into harmonized SAP software solutions spend performance management system (SPM).
Judy is proud to be co-founder and a charter member of the start-up non-profit organization, The Bridge, which is a collaborative organization formed with nine C-level executives from major corporations focused on enabling established entrepreneurs to achieve business success.
Active in the community, Judy serves on the Norwegian American Hospital Foundation on the Executive Board as Secretary and Committee Lead for Fundraising. She is an advisory board member for Traverse Solutions LLC that is a start up from LaunchX. Past appointments include The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals as a Board Member and VP, The YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago Lake County, IL as Vice President, Executive Board Member and Committee Chair and DePaul University’s Student and Alumni Mentoring Program (ASK). She also served on the education committee for the Private Directors Association 2016-2018.
Judy earned her MBA in Operations and Marketing from DePaul University’s Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Stout. She also completed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training at Chicago Deming Association, Six Sigma Master’s Program and participated in Leadership Women America and Leadership Women International development program.
